Design Prototype Laser cutting. How I designed this Solar Vox video series Part 4 of 8, I show how i used a laser to cut the vac formed blanks and then sand them with a sanding block to clean the parts up. The Vid shows the design and model making process that I follow to design and refine the concept into the final product and build a working prototype of the device.
